Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases
At LMG USA, Inc., we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and innovation of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition—unhit and returned in original packaging.
- Performance Guarantee: If you’ve tested the irons and are not satisfied, return them within 30 days for store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping).
- Shipping Fees: Expedited and express shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- Log into your account at liquidmetalsgroup.com.
- Select your order, follow the return prompts, and print your free UPS return label.

Note: UPS labels are not valid for APO/FPO addresses or U.S. protectorates. Iron sets must be returned in full—individual clubs cannot be returned separately.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once submitted. Please confirm all customization details before ordering.
Refunds
- Credit Card: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 1–2 billing cycles for processing.
- Store Credit: Used-club returns or promotional purchases may be refunded as non-expiring store credit.
- Affirm or Financing: Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your financing account.
